The FFA comes up with… chicken rillettes… that taste like chicken!

It may seem crazy, but most chicken products (of course industrial) that we find in the store do not taste like chicken. Often they are full of pork fat, which makes the subtlety and flavor of the chicken disappear.

Here is the FFA Roast Chicken Rillettes, our new original creation. We really wanted to rediscover the good taste of Sunday chicken. For this we use chicken thigh meat, the best, cooked with duck offal as fat. The result is 100% poultry and 0% pork. Everything is lightly seasoned with Espelette pepper and always handmade in the Basque Country!
