100% Meunier, made from a selection of Meunier grapes from the Surmelin valley.

Appearance: Light gold with straw yellow highlights. The wine is enlivened by
fine and lively bubbles that nourish a lingering mousse.

Nose: The initial aroma is fresh, pure, and straightforward. It evokes aromas of Reinette apple, biscuit, candied peach, and candied lemon. After aeration, it develops into notes of pink grapefruit, bitter orange, and candied pear with almond, along with mineral notes of iodine and smoky clay.

Tasting notes: The initial impression on the palate is smooth and fresh, with creamy and balanced bubbles. In the mid-palate, the minerality of clay and limestone is composed, creating a velvety texture, breadth, and fruity aromatic resonance. The tactile finesse is accompanied on the finish by a melting and balanced sensation, with great freshness and enhanced by notes of salt and iodine.
