This spread, developed by the French Federation of Aperitifs (FFA), puts a new spin on the famous Mexican recipe. We use organic peas from France, blended with lemon juice, basil, garlic, and a dash of vegetable oil for an ultra-smooth texture and irresistible freshness 💚.

It is handmade in Occitanie by Stéphane and his team, who helped us perfect the recipe.
