The wine has a fairly fluid appearance, a light golden yellow color with deep, slightly straw-yellow highlights in the glass. The champagne is enlivened by fine, lively bubbles that fuel a persistent mousse. The visual impression suggests a rich and nuanced wine.

Aromas: The first note is concentrated and opulent, with elegance and caress. It evokes scents of peach, marmalade, quince compote, sea breeze, and candied lemon. Aeration of the champagne reveals notes of Reine-Claude plum, verbena, green tea infusion, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, passion fruit, tangerine peel, and apricot, with aromas of white flowers that hint at a dominant note of white rose petals.

Palate: The first impression is clean and fresh with creamy, integrated bubbles. The champagne develops a lush, fruity character, supported by grapefruit-like acidity. The mid-palate is characterized by a predominantly sandy, limestone minerality, which lends a certain power, expressed with elegance, fruity resonance, and a pronounced salty note. The careful dosage ensures a remarkable length, enhanced by the pure, uncomplicated character of the 2013 vintage. The well-balanced whole rewards the palate with aromas of iodine mist, finely blended with fruity and floral notes.

The finish remains concentrated, flavourful and fresh, leaving an indelible impression, both tactile and aromatic.
