Here is the revised Hummus from the FFA! The creaminess of chickpea cream with 5% summer white truffle!

Too Crazy! You can dip it straight from the jar. An original recipe, developed by the FFA and prepared by Stéphane in his artisanal cannery in the Languedoc.

WEIGHT: 200 grams
INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas (44%), onion, olive oil, lemon juice, rapeseed oil, summer truffle (tuber aestivum, 5%), water, salt, natural flavouring (0.2%), black pepper. May contain traces of nuts, peanuts, celery, mustard and sesame seeds.
PRODUCTION: Prepared by an artisanal cannery in the Languedoc.
