Divin NoLow is an innovative and young company from the Loire Valley, founded in 2019, specializing in the production of dealcoholized wines. Under the leadership of the young and talented winemaker Alessandro Bariè, they produce high-quality alcohol-free wines. They use the latest techniques to extract the alcohol, while preserving the aromas and flavors for which Loire grapes are renowned.

The grapes are sourced from their own vineyards in Touraine. From the vineyard to the cellar, the Divin team works closely together to cultivate grapes and base wine of exceptional quality, a crucial step in ensuring the quality of the dealcoholized wine. The alcohol is then extracted from the wine using vacuum distillation at a low temperature.

Some Pinot Noir is aged in French oak barrels, while the rest is aged in stainless steel to preserve the fruit. This creates an excellent base wine, from which the alcohol is extracted using the most modern techniques, including vacuum distillation, while preserving the aromas. This creates a unique Pinot Noir with approximately 0.3% alcohol, with the subtlety and finesse for which this grape is known.

This ripe Pinot Noir boasts aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and strawberry, with spicy notes, balsamic hints, and a subtle touch of oak that adds structure and complexity. This dry red wine surprises with its elegance and freshness. The lively tannins reflect the cooler climate of the Loire Valley.
