The grapes for this award-winning alcohol-free sparkling wine come from the company's own vineyards in Touraine (Loire Valley) and are grown specifically for the production of alcohol-free wine. Sauvignon Blanc is ideal for dealcoholization due to its exceptional aromatic potential and balance of sugars and acids.

The base wine is crafted to achieve the best results after dealcoholization. The wine is dealcoholized through vacuum distillation at a low temperature, preserving the aromas and the fresh, fruity profile of Sauvignon Blanc. Finally, CO2 is added for a refreshing fizz.

This sparkling wine is pale yellow in color, with aromas of apple, white fruit (peach, nectarine), and hints of passion fruit and mango. Elegant and round on the palate, perfectly balanced by the refreshing bubbles. Serve well chilled.
