80% Meunier (of which 13% Meunier red wine produced by Maison Moutardier) and 20% Chardonnay

The wine has a deep raspberry pink color with bright, deep red highlights in the glass. It is enlivened by very fine, lively bubbles that fuel a persistent mousse. The fairly fluid and colorful rim completes the rich and fresh visual impression.

The nose evokes aromas of strawberry, raspberry, iodine, and peppermint. After aeration, this develops into a scent of intense peony, fresh pomegranate, and morello cherries. A basket of fresh fruit, flowers, and lightness unfolds before the taster.

Tasting notes: The initial palate is smooth and fresh with creamy, integrated bubbles. The wine develops with a juicy, fleshy fruitiness that offers a very pure, velvety texture. The mid-palate is more vinous, with a full texture and a clayey layer that also adds patina and juiciness.

Cuvée Rosée - Brut 80% Meunier - 20% Chardonnay. The ultimate soft and supple cuvée. The Rosée cuvée is a sensual and fresh Champagne, full of charm and elegance, with the qualities of a seductive wine for both social and gastronomic occasions.
